Homegroup is an informal supper event held, usually on Mondays, in various homes towards the end of each month (except August). We have a Bring-and-Share supper and then a reflection/ discussion on some aspect of Christian living/experience, finishing with prayer around 10pm. Suitable for everyone. Normally you book in with the host(s) and details will be in Tidings, the church newsletter, for about three weeks before each Homegroup. Contact Rosey Feuell for details.

The Big Questions is an open St Bene’t’s/Corpus Christi College discussion group, meeting once a month in the Master’s Lodge at Corpus. We think of a question & at the next meeting somebody presents an overview on it, and then the floor is opened to everyone else. Faith is not a prerequisite; everyone is warmly invited. Children’s Groups: We have two children’s groups (under & over 11) which meet during the 10am Sunday Eucharist. They take place in the upper and lower Ramsey Rooms at the back of the church. The young people and children leave the main service after the Collect to receive their own Ministry of the Word and then return at the Peace.

A varied pattern of teaching is used, which covers liturgy as well as theology and biblical stories. It is based on the ‘Godly Play’ approach and is open and creative. Particular attention is paid to the shape of the Church’s year, and the different themes offered by the festivals and seasons.

Families with very young children are welcome and there are toys in the area under the tower.

Foyers: twice a year we have a two-week window when regular members of the congregation host small-scale lunches/suppers (Bring-and-Share, if they wish). Others – newcomers and regulars – are  welcome to sign up for these.
