Lent Quiet Day
14 March 2026
Join us for a Quiet Day on Saturday 14 March, 2026, in the oldest church in Cambridge. This is a ‘drop-in’ quiet day: Come when you can any time between 7am to 8pm, and stay as long as you need.
Throughout the Quiet Day, there will be stations set up for self-directed activities, including prayer, Scripture reading, rosaries, and creative art. You’re welcome to take part, or to sit quietly in a space that has sheltered a millennium of prayers. A schedule of workshops and services is below.
Helpful Info: You do not need to be a member of the church in order to attend; all are welcome. You can arrive at any time, and leave when you need. The church is wheelchair accessible. There is a toilet in the church (not wheelchair accessible), and a Loop system. Coffee and tea will be served throughout the day. Meals are communal but self-catering (in other words, we eat together but bring our own food). Children, under the supervision of a responsible adult, are always welcome.
